The Brambleton Middle School PTSA would like to invite you to be a sponsor for the 2024-2025 academic school year. We would love your support and partnership!

Brambleton Middle School (school code: BAM) is one of the newest middle schools in Loudoun County, serving over 1,500 students and their families. The PTSA is a not-for-profit, classified as a 501(c)(3) organization by the Internal Revenue Service and is supported solely by membership, local sponsorships and fundraising efforts. Proceeds from our fundraising campaigns will support our student's learning environment by providing enrichment programs and additional support to bridge the gap with school funding.

The BAM PTSA provides an opportunity to promote your company as well as support the teachers and students. Your commitment and partnership are vital to make BAM the top middle school in Loudoun County. Please consider sponsoring at one of three levels.

To become a BAM Sponsor, do one of the following:

Pay by Credit Card. Please go under the Forms & Payments Tab and purchase the Sponsorship tier that you would like to support.
Pay by Check. Send a check to Brambleton Middle School PTSA

Contributions are tax deductible. Please provide your email address and a receipt will be sent to you with our tax ID upon receiving payment.

BAM Sponsors: Direct monetary funds given to the PTSA to support any/all school related requests. Sponsorship tiers are listed below with benefits for each.

In Kind Donations: Providing goods or services in lieu of direct monetary funding given directly to the school, not the PTSA. Businesses will be able to advertise through their logo on merchandise and their name on the PTSA website.

Raffles: Providing goods and/or services to be raffled as prizes during school sponsored events. Examples of raffle items are business services, gift cards and/or products. Businesses will have their name provided on the PTSA website and will be advertised during the school event.

Spirit Night or Dining for Dollars: Businesses provide at percentage of proceeds in direct monetary funds to the PTSA for school related activities. Marketing provided based on funds donated per sponsorship tier for the current school year. Businesses can "level up" on sponsorship tiers based on additional contribution amounts.

Special Events (Back to School Teacher Welcome, Grandparents Breakfast, Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week): Donations of goods/services in lieu of direct monetary funds for special events. Examples of these items would be food, gift cards, decorations or business services. Businesses names provided on PTSA website and advertised during the course of the specific special event.
